As you may have recently learned, procedural errors at Hyundai testing operations overstated the fuel economy rating of certain vehicles. Working with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the test processes have been corrected. At the same time, Hyundai has put in place a program to reimburse owners of affected vehicles for additional fuel costs incurred to date, and in the future.
